The hotel is conveniently located near various fast-food options, although the dining menu could be more diverse. There were minor issues with dust in the room, which detracted slightly from the experience.

I enjoyed the hospitable staff from the entry security to the reception team. They were all very welcoming. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions in Jeddah. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the amenities like the electric kettle and the mini-bar. I faced some inconveniences. The check-in process was not smooth at all. The bed comfort, especially the pillows, didn’t meet expectations. parking was a hassle due to the constant checks by security. Moving the work table for a more comfortable workspace would be helpful, as the spacing felt cramped. there are great elements here, but some adjustments could enhance the stay.

Family with children holiday paradise

Had a wonderful experience during our three nights. The staff really went the extra mile to accommodate my kids, and the breakfast was a winner, didn't wanna miss it. Special shoutout to Mr Naif for his exceptional hospitality, made our stay feel special.

Housekeeping needs serious improvement!!! Dusty surfaces, poorly vacuumed carpets, and dirty glass cups left behind!!! A leaking toilet for the second time is just not acceptable during a month-long stay!!!
